License requirements for Vrbo and Expedia

This article lists the license details in different regions required by Vrbo and Expedia. To create a listing, you must follow the guidelines in the regional requirements specific to your property location. 

Canada, Nova Scotia
  • If you are not exempt:
    • If your property type is Apartment:
      1. Provide your Licence number in the text box.
      2. Click Save.
    • If your property type is Bed and breakfast:
      1. Provide your Licence number in the text box.
      2. Click Add Legal Information.
      3. From Additional Legal Info dropdown, select the Licence type option.
      4. Select Bed and breakfast.
      5. Click Save.
    • If your property type is Hotel:
