Amenities
Rentals United retrieves also basic information about the property's layout, number and composition of rooms, as well as amenities available at the property. The property amenities are mapped between TRACK and Rentals United for each client separately with the assistance of a Rentals United specialist.
Rentals United also offers other options to synchronize the amenities from your PMS. For more information, please see PMS Settings.

Number of bedrooms
Number of bedrooms refers to the overall number of rooms intended to sleep.

Number of bathrooms
Number of bathrooms refers to the overall number of bathing rooms with a shower or a bath.
Rentals United sums up all the number of Full Baths and 3/4 Baths and sets this number as the overall number of bathrooms at the property.

Number of toilets
Number of toilets refers to the overall number of WCs.

Kitchen
Kitchen refers to the separated kitchen area within the property. If you tick the separate kitchen checkbox, then a kitchen room type will be created at your property. In Rentals United it is treated as a room type.

Bed types
After being reviewed, bed types are mapped between TRACK and Rentals United individually for each client with the assistance of a Rentals United specialist. Use the following elements to map beds correctly: "id" and "name".
Note that rooms must be added to the rooms in TRACK in order to synchronise them correctly. Beds added without rooms will not be synchronised to Rentals United.

Bedding composition
TRACK provides a feature to distribute beds across rooms and the property layout is preserved when synchronized to Rentals United.

Amenities distribution across rooms
TRACK does not provide a feature to distribute amenities across rooms. All amenities are synchronized to the General section. Nonetheless, the property layout is preserved and the following rooms are created:

the Bedroom room type is created on the basis of the following code snippet found in the feed:

the Kitchen room type - Kitchen
Note: If the Kitchen amenity is added to a property in TRACK, then once a Kitchen room type is created, Rentals United adds the above amenity to this room (according to the mappings in the client's mapping file). If there is no Kitchen room type and such an amenity is available, it will be displayed in the General section. -
