What can I check before I open a ticket if my property has incorrect availability in Sales Channels?

PMS user

  1. Actions in PMS:

    • Verify if your calendar is not closed in your PMS

    • If you are synchronising changeovers with Rentals United, please check if your changeovers are not closing your calendar

    • Check if your property has prices for your seasons

    • Confirm with your PMS support, that your connection with Rentals United works correctly

  2. Actions is Rentals United:

    • Check if the calendar is open

    • Check if your seasons have prices

    • Check if your changeovers are not closing your calendar

    • Check if your minimum stay is allowing for reservations

    • Check if your property is connected to the channel

    • If the channel has the “manual options” tab - check if your manual options are not overriding your property settings

    • If the property has a connection error - contact Rentals United support

  3. Actions in Sales Channel:

    • If you have access to the channel extranet - check your property status and availability in the channel

    • If your property is open in Rentals United, but closed in Sales Channel - contact Sales Channel support

 

API user

  1. API verification:

    • Check the last availability requests, that you pushed to Rentals United

    • Check the last changeovers requests, that you pushed to Rentals United

    • Check the last price requests, that you pushed to Rentals United

    • Check if any reservation was not pushed to Rentals United for chosen dates

    • Check if you have not archived your property via Push_PutProperty_RQ or Push_SetPropertiesStatus_RQ

    • Check if the calendar is open

    • Check if your seasons have prices

    • Check if your changeovers are not closing your calendar

    • Check if your minimum stay is allowing for reservations

    • Check if your property is connected to the channel
