Some channels use this field extensively while others may leave it blank. The content that can be found in the reservation comments may also vary across different channels. It is up to the sales channel what information it provides in this section.
Note that the format of the reservation comments, such as language, wording etc., is determined by the sales channel, too. Rentals United does not have influence on it.
