Where can I see if the booking has already been paid?

Open the app.

Tap the Bookings tab.

Open any of the existing bookings.

Scroll down and check the Already paid section. If the already paid amount is identical as the guest price, it means the booking has been fully paid.
How can I view the guest’s credit card details in the Rentals United App?
Currently, it is not possible to look up the credit card details in the Rentals United App. You can try to look them up directly in new.rentalsunited.com. Read more about how to do it here. Remember that you can always reach out to your guest in order to obtain their credit card details.
