Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (CP) describes the charges applied if a reservation is cancelled within a specific period of time.

Rentals United uses the Cancellation Policy you have specified on the property level. Note, however that Agoda has a set of predefined Cancellation Policies, which your policy needs to match. Rentals United considers the Cancellation Policy set on the property level and checks them against options available in the channel. Once all the possibilities are analyzed, the best matching Cancellation Policy is automatically selected.

The differences between Rentals United policy and the remaining channel policies are calculated and summed up.

The Cancellation Policy with the smallest sum of differences is chosen. In this case it is the F7 policy.

For Booking.com and Agoda code is not made common for some reason (re-factoring needed):
