You can export a report of all your bookings directly from Guest Planner. The report comes in a convenient XLSX format and can be downloaded. It contains all the basic information about your booking that are available in Rentals United. This way of reporting may be really useful if you need to share the booking details with other companies you are co-working with (e.g. cleaning services) or accounting departments in your company.

Log in to Rentals United and switch to Guest Planner.

Filter out the bookings that you are interested in. Click the Filters button and adjust the ranges. You can read more how our smart filters work here.

Click the spreadsheet icon in the top right corner. The downloading will start.
