How to get the Rentals United App?

What are the technical requirements to run the Rentals United App?

What data does the app have access to?
Rentals United App does not collect or require any specific data. Read more about the privacy policy.
Does the Rentals United App have access to my Rentals United account in real time?
Yes. The app has access to your Rentals United account in real time. Temporary delays may happen, but they should not last more than a couple of minutes.
The app synchronises bookings and property content in real time, so you always have access to the up-to-date version of your inventory.
Actions performed via the browser will be immediately visible in the app.

Can my subusers use the Rentals United App?
Yes. All users that you added as subusers on your account can access the app using their own credentials.
Do the security settings I have set influence the Rentals United App?
Yes. All security settings on your account (including MFA) influence both the web platform and mobile app.
What are the supported languages?
Rentals United App is supported in 4 main Rentals United languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian.
How to change the language?
- Open the app.
- Tap the Account tab.
- Scroll down to the Interface language section.
- Tap the language bar and choose another language.
How to enable PUSH notifications?
Rentals United App requires you to enable push notifications. This is a standard procedure upon the first log-in to smoothly run the app.

Note, however, that you will not receive any push notifications from Rentals United App at the moment.
