  2. Besty AI pulls data from Rentals United including guest data, reservation details and information about the booked property.

  3. Besty AI facilitates guest communication, upsells gap nights and additional services.

 

All syncing, distribution, and global calendar management continue to be handled by Rentals United. Besty AI handles the operational automation side - unifying guest messaging, troubleshooting smart locks, and driving revenue through AI.
