After a successful integration, one of Rentals United Onboarding Specialist will provide a live internal training to the PMS staff. There will be approximately 5 training sessions held with your team. Upon completion of this training, the PMS team will be thereafter prepared to provide a similar training to onboard your property managers.
After the main onboarding is finished, the Onboarding Specialist will be available for the PMS team for a 3-month period. Use this transition time to refresh trainings and answer questions or doubts that may arise. It is advised to onboard minimum 3 property managers during this time to take advantage of the extra assistance.
