PayNoPain service is recommended for those API clients who are responsible for charging their guests themselves and who for any reason cannot provide the PCI compliance certificate to Rentals United, for example property managers and PMSs which are merchants of record.

Thanks to the PayNoPain service, you will be able to charge your guests if you are not PCI-compliant.

Before you connect to PayNoPain via Rentals United, you need to have an account with PayLands - find the contact details here. Once you have the account, follow the instructions below:

  1. The user connects to PayNoPain via Rentals United. In order to connect to PayLands via Rentals United, contact the Rentals United Support Team.

  2. When a reservation is created by a sales channel, PayLands receives full reservation data, including the credit card details and tokenises the card in their system.

  3. Charge the guest’s credit card.

    Go to the PayLands payment provider and log in. You will find the reservation details there and you can charge your guest for it.
