Photos are synchronized from Ciirus to Rentals United as part of the static data synchronization. Note that majority of Sales Channels have specific requirements with regard to the property photos. Please, refer to the Channel Integrations.
Also, read the below rules carefully:

You can synchronize up to 100 photos.

The main photo is synchronized from the <MainImageURL> element.

Other photos are synchronized from the <string> element in the <GetImageList> response. All images are set to the interior type.

Captions are synchronized in English only and are synchronized from the <Description> field in the <GetImageList2> response. Descriptions from <getImageList2> are matched with the photos from the <getImageList> by the URLs.

Tags are not synchronized.
