In contrary to other PMSs Rentals United integrates with, Bungalow is not a commercial PMS that can be obtained by property managers. It is a large individual client with a well-developed proprietary property management software and, hence, Rentals United decided to integrate to it.
Integration model
Your properties in Rentals United will be presented based on the information Bungalow shares about your properties. This document outlines how the two systems work together.

Rentals United retrieves the static content and ARI data from Bungalow at predefined times - see Data synchronization.

Reservations, modifications and cancellations are supported - see Reservation processing.
Multi-unit support
A multi-unit refers to a set of indistinguishable properties. These properties work the same way the regular properties do; however, they represent a number of properties with the same specification at the same address. An example of a multi-unit property is a set of identical hotel rooms.
Connection limitations
Certain descriptive property data is hard-coded with same value for all properties and all clients.
Note that you will need to add some descriptive property information to your properties in Rentals United platform before they can be connected to sales channels.
Currently, there is no multi-unit connection between Rentals United and Bungalow.
