Photos are synchronized from Arkiane to Rentals United as part of the static data synchronization. Note that majority of Sales Channels have specific requirements with regard to the property photos. Please, refer to the Channel Integrations.
Also, read the below rules carefully:

The main photo is synchronized from the <lot_photo01> element.

Other photos are synchronized from the <lot_photo> and <imme_photo> element. All images are set to the exterior type.

Captions are not synchronized.
