The Step 6: Check-in and check-out should contain all the information needed for Check-in and Check-out at your property. These are the contact details and arrival instructions, as well as information on charges applied if a guest arrives or leaves outside the regular Check-in / Check-out hours.
Arrival information
Arrival information refers to the basic PM contact details that can be filled in Rentals United platform and will be available for the guest. It also includes short instructions on the time and forms of contact before the guest's arrival.
If you have the user information introduced in My profile, then the Arrival information is populated with the data from the User Profile. Otherwise, insert the information manually.
Normal check-in and check-out times
In the Normal check-in and check-out times settings, it is possible to specify the detailed time ranges when guests can check in or check out without any additional charges.

Specify the time range when the check-in is possible without any additional fee.
By default, the check-in time range is set from 13:00 to 17:00 (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.).

Specify the maximum time until when the check-out is possible without any additional fee.
By default, the check-out time is set to 11:00 (11 a.m.)

From the dropdown list, select a check-in option.
Arrival instructions
Arrival instructions refers to all the necessary information the guest should be aware of when arriving at the property. The section is a free text field, hence you should include all the details that are worth mentioning for a person arriving for the first time in this location. Consider describing available means of transportation, the public transportation routes in the neighbourhood, temporary road diversions or cut-offs, location of entrance if it is difficult to spot and so on.
For your guests and property safety - do not mention here any sensitive or security information, such as exact directions to the lockbox, entrance passcodes, instructions to exchange keys and so on. Such information should be shared privately, directly with the guest, after they make a booking.

Describe how to arrive at the property and specify the details of your pick-up service.
Be as detailed as possible about restrictions, exemptions and special cases. The best arrival instructions include:

Detailed description of the property,

Directions to get to the property,

Means of public transportation,

Taxi phone numbers,

Additional instructions.
Note: To delete an unnecessary description, click the Delete button. The button is inactive if only one description is included. -
Late check-in and early check-out fees
Late check-in and early check-out fees indicate the extra charges that will be added to the guest's bill if they decide to check-in late or check-out early. It is also possible to precisely indicate the time ranges when specific charges are applied.

Click the Add fee button.

An Add / Edit fee form appears.

Select the Fee type from the dropdown list.

Specify the time range when the fee is applied and set the fee amount.

The summary of data is displayed.

Click the Save button.
